Chester Business Park is a landscaped business environment just a mile south of the city centre (or ¼ mile north of the A55/A483 dual carriageway intersection).
It has been the recipient of awards in recent years for it’s tranquil setting and unique architectural design.
Buildings are a maximum of 12 metres in height and the total building footprint only 15% in order to maximise on use of the natural surroundings – a green 125 acres incorporating existing Marlpit ponds (something typical of the Cheshire region) and including a 2 km circular walking path and woodlands.
Along with it’s clientele (which include Bank Of America, Marks & Spencer money and Bank Of Scotland) the park is also home to numerous endangered wildlife species such as great crested newts, barn owls, water voles and invertebrates.
